According to the proposal submitted by developer Trammell Crow Residential, information on this proposal was sent to adjacent property owners and five registered neighborhood organizations; one comment was received from the local homeowners association, which supported the project.

Several new local businesses (The Baking Room, Vanishing West Ciders, and Mile Hi Pickleball) opened in September and October, all owned and operated by northeast Denver residents who are fulfilling their dreams. Front Porch visited all three locations to talk to the owners and learn about their hopes for success and support from the community and each other.

Former 9News entertainment reporter Kirk Montgomery hasn’t been back to Denver since he left the station 10 years ago. In December he returns to share the passion behind his new children’s book, Joey’s Journey. Joey was a cocker spaniel adopted by Montgomery in 2007.
