Jan 10, 2025 · In File Explorer right click on This PC, Map Network Drive. The name of the share is \\GOFLEX_HOME\GoFlex Home Backup . Put in the credentials (user and password) from when you first set up the GoFlex. If you don't know these, you'll have to reset the password. May 27, 2018 · I have a FreeAgent GoFlex Home Drive that is connected to my router via ethernet. It is available to share files to anyone on our network. My Mac can see it no problem (so it's not a device problem). It was fine from my Windows 10 PC until the update that went in the last few weeks. It is a Windows 10 issue.

Jan 10, 2025 · I recently purchased a new computer which has Windows 10 and unfortunately my external Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex hard drive software isn't on this computer and I'm not sure this external hard drive is even compatible with it. Can someone please help me figure out if there is a way to make it compatible with Windows 10?

When I connect it into my laptop which is using Windows 7 Home Premium,it was detected only in Device Manager> Other Devices at Computer Management. So i can't format it, can't roll back it too.
