New Glenn reusable can put 2 6.5 tonne sats to GEO transfer, as well as do big, heavy direct-to-GEO DOD launches. Large fairing + large payload = good dual launch vehicle. A lot of people aren't paying attention or don't know about the effect of a rising sea level on Cape Canaveral. Cape Canaveral has about 20 years of use left in it, and that is if it isn't hit with a Category 5 hurricane in the meantime. Bezos knows what it means.
