In File Explorer right click on This PC, Map Network Drive. The name of the share is \\GOFLEX_HOME\GoFlex Home Backup . Put in the credentials (user and password) from when you first set up the GoFlex. If you don't know these, you'll have to reset the password. I recently purchased a new computer which has Windows 10 and unfortunately my external Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex hard drive software isn't on this computer and I'm not sure this external hard drive is even compatible with it. Can someone please help me figure out if there is a way to make it compatible with Windows 10?

Now, when I plug the SeaGate GoFlex into the Acer, it won't work. It appears in the "Device Manager", but does not appear in the "Disk Management". It also appears under "Devices and Printers".
