The man alleged to have killed up-and-coming Cleveland rapper Carlos Banks, a.k.a. KashBankx, was apprehended by U.S. Marshals in Western Pennsylvania. Devon Jones, 25, was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder as the result of an investigation into the shooting death of Banks.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Carlos Banks, 28, was shot and killed on the 5100 block of Broadway Avenue in Cleveland at 4 a.m. on Dec. 29. Banks was an up-and-coming rapper who performed under the name KashBankx.
