More than 1,000 former Ultimate Fighting Championship martial arts fighters could each receive payouts ranging from $15,000 to more than $1 million in a newly proposed $375 million class action settlement resolving claims that their bout wages were suppressed.

More than 50 former Ultimate Fighting Championship athletes are urging a federal judge to approve a $375 million settlement in their antitrust class action against the fight promotion, arguing that they need the money to address dire financial and medical issues.

A total of 56 fighters wrote letters of support for the UFC antitrust settlement submitted to the courts and now everyone involved is waiting to find out of Judge Richard Boulware approves the deal
