Pakistan’s military accuses neighboring India of sponsoring militants in the restive southwestern Balochistan province, which saw an unprecedented attack this week by armed separatists.

India has strongly denied suggestions made by the Pakistan foreign office that India had a hand in the Jaffar Express attack. MEA official spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, "We strongly reject the baseless allegations made by Pakistan.

Pak foreign office had claimed that BLA rebels involved in attack on Jaffar Express were in contact with ring leaders in Afghanistan.

The Foreign Office (FO) on Thursday accused India of being behind the terrorist attacks in Pakistan. During his weekly briefing in Islamabad on Thursday, Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan also confirmed that the rescue operation following the Jaffar Express attack had been successfully completed.
