DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG) - The State Fair is ending a contract with the operators of a popular concession stand after saying they didn’t pay thousands of dollars in employee wages and fees.

The fair board selected Blue Ribbon Bar & Eatery from Joni Bell, owner of Great Caterers of Iowa in Pleasant Hill, to take over the contract.
