BROOKLYN - A man was fatally shot while driving in Brooklyn on Sunday, police said. The shooting happened before 1 p.m. in East Flatbush on Utica Avenue. Police said a 25-year-old man was shot in the left arm. The suspect then fled the scene in a van eastbound on Snyder Avenue.
