Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid says he ramped up his team’s practice Friday in preparation for next week’s NFL playoffs. Specifically, Reid did something that rarely happens during the regular season: He had his No. 1 offense go up against his No. 1 defense.

Speaking to reporters before Wild Card Weekend kicked off, Reid revealed numerous key players returned to practice in some capacity, including defensive tackle Chris Jones, right tackle Jawaan Taylor, running back Isiah Pacheco, and defensive back Chamarri Connor.
