I would not say this is a easy walk but it is achievable to most and the scenery is great. Does have many stops along the way if you need to take a break and the surface is very good.Full review by MaxG2590

Yes all year track. A youth hostel at Mt Lofty and camping ground at a Brownhill National Park. However track is just on the edge of metropolitan Adelaide

There's a picturesque waterfall at the bottom, there are a couple of nice scenic spots with a view of the city on the way up, a couple of 'pretty glades' as well but the best place would be at the lookout at the top overlooking the city - if you're game enough to do it in front of a crowd. Good Luck!!! My wife says it would be more romantic if you asked her at night with the city lights twinkling. You'd probably have to drive up for that - too dangerous to walk up. Perhaps you could take her to the restaurant first - that would be very cool.
