At 75 I'm not so daring either. The first leg made me nervous but the next 9 were not a problem. The staff showed good training and discipline. Just follow instructions.

I'm 76 and have a bad back and an 82-year old woman in our group also did the ziplines. Most of the work is with the upper body as you approach each station. There's not much walking and only a few short stairways. It's so much fun and doesn't take all that long so unless you're really nervous about it, let the guides help you decide. They are especially helpful.
